Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our studio and shipped internationally.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 5–10 working days
US: 7–12 working days
Other countries: 10–14 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing and seasonal shipping demand.

Are your pieces handmade?

Many of our pieces are handmade or hand-finished in small batches.
Subtle variations in shape, stitching, or texture are natural and part of the character of handmade work.

What materials do you use?

Our collections use materials such as mulberry silk, mohair, natural pearls, crystals, and sterling silver.

Specific materials for each piece can be found in the product details.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the delicate materials used and for hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once orders have been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces may be restocked, while others are produced in small batches and may not return.

Why does the scrunchie come with a removable fabric ring tag?

Our scrunchies are finished with a small removable fabric ring tag.
The tag is made from leftover cotton fabric from our production process, helping reduce material waste.

The cotton used is natural and free from fluorescent agents. The tag can be easily removed if preferred.

What kind of packaging do you use?

All orders are packed using recyclable and biodegradable materials whenever possible. Our packaging bags, mailer boxes, and fillers are chosen to minimise environmental impact.
